First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit
|

If you have not owned a home in the last three years, you may be elgible for a tax credit of 10% of the purchase price up to $8000.00! You must be in contract by April 30th, 2010 and close by June 30th, 2010, so it is important to start the process quickly. (Ninety days to close a property today is not unusual.) Please call for more information! PS: If you already own a property and have lived there for five of the last eight years, you may qualify for a $6500 tax credit if you purchase a new primary residence.
